It can be integrated with shrink wrapping machines, film packaging machines, bagging equipment, case sealers, wrapping machines and palletizing systems to create a complete automated packaging process.
PLC and servo control systems coordinate product grouping, pushing, conveying and case positioning. Operators can adjust the pushing stroke, speed and packing arrangement through the touch-screen interface, while different production parameters can be stored for faster changeover.
The machine can also monitor missing products and empty cartons. When an abnormal condition is detected, the system can issue a warning or stop the relevant operation to reduce empty pushing, missed packing and potential equipment damage.
KEDE provides technical support for machine installation, commissioning, operation and routine maintenance. For customized projects, the machine can be tested with the customer's actual products and cartons before shipment to verify the pushing process and packing arrangement.
