French fry and snack boxes can also be formed with clean, upright openings for convenient food serving.

Consistent Gluing & Clean Box Formation

Water-based adhesive is applied at designated bonding points to maintain reliable connections without excessive glue overflow. The folding sequence is controlled mechanically, helping keep box dimensions, bonding positions and finished shapes consistent from batch to batch.

For laminated or grease-resistant paperboard, the gluing process can be adjusted according to the material, helping preserve the printed surface while maintaining sufficient bonding strength for takeaway food packaging.

Stable Operation for Continuous Production
