Known as one of the most competitive Automatic Paper Cup Machine manufacturers and suppliers, KEDE has our own factory, and we can provide you with not only the newest products designed in fashionable style but also a price list and quotation. Depending on the size and craftsmanship of the paper cups, as well as the speed, we can produce them all. We offer better services and have a competitive price advantage.
The Automatic Paper Cup Machine is a professional forming equipment for disposable paper beverage containers. It uses coated food-grade PE laminated paper as raw material and continuously completes a series of processes such as paper feeding, die cutting, roll forming, hot pressing edge sealing, bottom bonding, embossing shaping, and product demolding. It is widely suitable for mass production of cold and hot beverage paper cups used in tea shops, restaurant chains, and supermarket retail. Different from the inefficient manual paper cup bonding mode, it realizes standardized continuous production through mechanical linkage. It is a core production equipment in the field of beverage packaging consumables.

Built for Food-Grade Production
We build the equipment with a thickened carbon steel powder-coated frame and use food-grade stainless steel for forming molds and pressing components that come into contact with paper materials and beverages. This construction helps reduce rust and contamination risks while making the working area easier to maintain.
For long-term high-speed production, we also use noise-reducing bearings in the transmission system. The workstation layout is organized to help control vibration and create a more comfortable operating environment for our customers.
From Roll Paper to Finished Paper Cups
Our production process starts with roll-fed PE laminated paper. The cutting system accurately converts the material into fan-shaped blanks before the conveying mechanism transfers each blank to the forming station.
We use a controlled heating and fusion process to seal the side wall. The PE coating melts under heat and forms a firm seam without requiring additional adhesive. At the same time, the bottom feeding system cuts circular paper blanks and aligns them precisely with the cup body.
Tight Bottom Forming for Leak Protection
After the bottom blank is positioned, the hot pressing and embossing process forms a uniform bottom ring. This helps create a tight connection between the cup body and base, reducing the possibility of leakage or bottom separation when the cup is filled with hot water, coffee, tea or other beverages.
After forming, the finished cups pass through an air-cooling section for shaping and stabilization before being automatically discharged and stacked.
PLC & Servo-Controlled Production
We use PLC control together with multiple servo systems to coordinate paper feeding, heating, forming and pressing. Operators can adjust key parameters such as heating temperature, paper feeding speed and pressing time through the touch-screen interface.
Production recipes for different cup capacities can also be stored in the control system. When switching between specifications, operators can recall the corresponding settings and replace the required molds to shorten production changeover time.
Consistent Cup Quality in Mass Production
Our mechanical heat-sealing process creates smooth and consistent side-wall seams without glue overflow or visible blistering. The PE-coated inner layer provides water and oil resistance, helping protect the cup from leakage and softening when used for hot or cold beverages.
The formed cup mouth remains round and even, while the consistent cup shape provides a suitable surface for printed logos and branding. Compared with simple adhesive bonding, the heat-fusion process eliminates the need for glue at the side seam and is suitable for food-contact paper cup production.
Flexible Paper & Cup Size Compatibility
We support both single-sided and double-sided PE-coated food-grade paper, allowing customers to select materials according to the intended application. Single PE-coated paper is commonly used for hot beverage cups, while double PE coating can provide better suitability for cold drinks and ice beverages.
By changing the appropriate forming molds, our Automatic Paper Cup Machine can produce different cup capacities and sizes. For special or thicker paper materials, selected configurations can also incorporate ultrasonic sealing technology to expand the range of customized paper cup applications.
Easy Integration with Printing & Packaging
We can configure the production line to connect with upstream roll-fed paper cutting and printing equipment. Printed paper blanks can then enter the cup-forming process directly, reducing intermediate handling.
At the output end, counting and packaging equipment can be added to create a continuous workflow from printing → forming → cooling → counting → packaging. This integrated setup also reduces unnecessary manual contact with paper blanks and supports cleaner production.
Lower Labor Requirements & Stable Output
Compared with semi-automatic paper cup forming equipment, our fully automatic configuration minimizes manual intervention from paper processing through finished cup stacking. This can reduce repetitive labor requirements while maintaining more consistent production efficiency.
For routine maintenance, operators mainly need to remove paper dust and debris, inspect the heating components and lubricate the transmission parts according to the maintenance schedule. Optional hot-air drying or UV disinfection modules can also be considered for applications requiring enhanced hygiene control.
Applications We Serve
We supply Automatic Paper Cup Machine for a variety of foodservice and beverage applications. Our equipment is commonly used for milk tea cups, coffee cups, disposable drinking cups and customized branded beverage cups.
Depending on the machine configuration and forming molds, the same production concept can also be extended to ice cream cups, paper bowls and other disposable paper containers. Through controlled heat sealing, leak-resistant forming and flexible size adjustment, we help customers produce paper containers that balance production efficiency, appearance and food-contact safety.
