The Fully Auto Paper Lunch Box Machine is a fully automatic paper forming machine with the advantages of high speed and convenient operation. This model uses a self-contained hot air generator for single PE coated paper. It is used to produce single-color disposable paper lunch boxes through automatic feeding, heating (with hot air generating device), hot press forming (four corners of bonded lunch boxes), automatic point collection, and microcomputer control. Paper lunch boxes, cake tray, food packaging boxes, etc. Mechanical transmission, speed, energy saving, stability, and easy operation.

Secure Construction for Takeaway Packaging

For takeaway meals, the box needs to remain intact from the filling station to the customer's hands. Precise folding, controlled adhesive application and heat forming create firm joints around the box body, helping prevent the contents from escaping through loose seams.

A reinforced rolled edge adds stiffness around the opening and improves the fit between the container and its lid. The result is a cleaner, more uniform box that holds its shape better during delivery and stacking.

Broad Paperboard Compatibility

Paperboard selection does not have to be limited to one specification. Laminated kraft paper, white card and other food-grade coated boards in the 200–600 gsm range can be processed by adjusting the forming pressure and heating conditions.

Thinner stock can be handled with gentler forming pressure, while heavier board can receive longer heat pressing to achieve stronger bonding. Interchangeable molds further extend the range to hamburger boxes, sushi trays, fruit containers and other food packaging formats.

Frequent changes in box styles are common for packaging suppliers serving different food brands. Production settings can be saved through the PLC touch panel, allowing operators to call up the required parameters when an order changes.
