Heavy-Duty Unwinding & Stable Paper Feeding


The Automatic Paper Plate Making Machine frame is welded from thick steel plates and finished with electrostatic powder coating. The unwinding station features a load-bearing air tensioning shaft and hydraulic feeding mechanism, allowing it to handle large-diameter and heavy raw paper rolls.

Multiple chrome-plated guide rollers are arranged along the paper path to reduce friction and maintain smooth material movement during continuous operation.


Precise Slitting & Multi-Roll Rewinding


A disc-type cutting knife frame equipped with high-speed wear-resistant alloy blades provides accurate slitting of wide-format paper. The independent winding section is fitted with multiple disc-shaped winding shafts, allowing several smaller rolls to be processed simultaneously.

The constant-tension rewinding system helps maintain consistent roll tightness and produces neatly formed rolls suitable for subsequent storage, transportation or further processing.


PLC Control & Tension Management


The electrical system integrates PLC touch-screen control, optical deviation correction and closed-loop tension control. Operators can monitor and adjust key production parameters through the control interface.

The deviation correction system helps keep the paper aligned during high-speed processing, while tension control reduces problems such as loose winding, uneven edges and material deviation.


Safety-Oriented Machine Structure


Protective barriers are arranged around the operating area to isolate the high-speed cutting section and reduce the risk of accidental contact. The enclosed layout also helps limit the spread of paper dust around the working area.

Together with the stable transmission and controlled paper path, the structure is designed for continuous industrial operation where both production efficiency and operator safety are important.
