The Automatic Battery Paper Blister Molding Sealing Machine uses a flat-plate forming and sealing structure for half-cover carded blister packaging.
The packaging process starts with heating the PVC/PET sheet and forming the cavity. The formed blister is then cut and transferred to the chain plate, where the product is loaded and the printed paper card is positioned. Heat sealing bonds the blister to the card before the finished pack is discharged.
The main process is:
PVC/PET Heating → Blister Forming → Servo Traction → Blister Cutting → Scrap Collection → Blister Transfer → Product Loading → Paper Card Placement → Heat Sealing → Finished Pack Output
Manual product loading is included in the standard process, while the rest of the packaging operations are mechanically coordinated.
