The DPP-260 is a fully Automatic ALU-PVC and ALU-ALU blister machine that performs all steps sequentially without manual intervention:
Forming station – PVC or hard aluminum composite film is heated and formed into blister cavities using a flat-plate mold
Product filling station – Products (tablets, capsules, soft gels, small hardware, etc.) are filled into formed cavities – manual or automatic feeding options available
Heat sealing station –aluminum foil or lidding material is heat-sealed over the filled cavities – secure seal with consistent pressure and temperature control
Punching/cutting station – Individual blister plates are punched from the continuous web, with waste edges automatically rewound
Batch coding – Optional inkjet or embossing for date/lot/expiration printing
The machine runs at 15–25 cuts per minute, with each cut producing multiple blister plates depending on the cavity layout.
PLC-based control system with industrial touchscreen interface – centralized monitoring of all parameters
