The DPP-260 Automatic liquid blistering machine completes blister packaging through four main stages: forming, filling, sealing and cutting.
The packaging material is heated and formed into the required cavities first. The liquid product is then filled into the cavities before the lidding material is heat sealed. After sealing, the blister sheet is cut into the required format and the production waste is collected by the rewinding system.
Upper and lower heating plates use independent PID temperature control, while pneumatic pressure control allows the sealing pressure to be adjusted according to the packaging material.
The blister mold, sealing plate and cutting die are not fixed. KEDE manufactures the tooling according to the customer's product dimensions and blister layout.
For liquid products, the required cavity volume and depth are determined by the filling quantity and product size. PVC, PTP, PET, PS, ALU-ALU and other suitable packaging materials can be considered according to the application.
Manual loading is included in the standard configuration. For suitable products requiring higher output, KEDE can also provide automatic vibratory or counting feeding solutions.
Tooling design normally takes 7–10 days, with tooling production requiring a further 15–20 days. Final lead time depends on the machine configuration and tooling requirements.
The Automatic liquid blistering machine is manufactured and assembled at the KEDE factory in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. Production covers machining, frame fabrication, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly and machine testing.
Before shipment, the machine is inspected and tested through its main operating functions. Customer samples and packaging materials can also be used for testing when provided in advance, allowing the forming, filling, sealing and cutting performance to be checked before delivery.
The standard machine includes SUS304 stainless steel exterior cladding, customized forming tooling, heating and sealing systems, PLC control, touchscreen HMI, safety guards and operating documentation.
