The DPP-260 Automatic Thermoforming Filling and Sealing Machine uses positive-pressure forming and mechanical punching to produce uniform, firmly formed packages. Its servo-driven transmission, PLC touchscreen control and adjustable positioning system support stable operation and accurate packaging, while optional coding, cursor tracking and protective covers allow the machine to be configured for different production environments.
Our Automatic Thermoforming Filling and Sealing Machine completes forming, filling, sealing and cutting in a continuous production line, reducing manual handling between individual packaging steps.
PVC, PET or PP thermoforming material is fed from a roll into the machine at a controlled speed.
The sheet passes through the heating section and is softened to the required forming temperature. Positive-pressure air forming and the forming mold then create customized cavities according to the product shape and package dimensions.
After forming, the filling system doses the product into each cavity. Different feeding and dosing configurations can be selected according to whether the product is liquid, semi-solid, powder or granular.
Cover film is positioned over the formed cavities and heat-sealed to create a secure package. The sealing configuration can be adapted to different packaging materials and requirements.
Date, batch number and other identification information can be added through the machine's coding or marking system. Inkjet coding is also available as an option.
The sealed sheet enters the punching section, where individual blister or package sections are accurately cut according to the mold layout.
Finished packages are discharged onto the conveyor for manual collection or connection to downstream equipment such as cartoning or labeling machines.
The forming, filling, sealing and cutting processes are synchronized through the machine's transmission system and PLC control, helping maintain consistent positioning and repeatable packaging quality during continuous production.

The DPP-260 is designed for thermoforming packaging applications using materials such as:
● PVC
● PET
● PP
● Other compatible thermoforming sheets according to the packaging requirement
The forming material is specified at 0.15–0.5 mm thickness, while the cover material is specified at 0.02–0.035 mm thickness, subject to the selected packaging configuration.
For a new product, KEDE can evaluate the product dimensions, material and required package format before recommending the appropriate mold and feeding configuration.
The forming, heat-sealing, batch-number printing, indentation and punching units are positioned through threaded shafts with calibrated scales. Operators can adjust the position by turning the corresponding handles, allowing molds and processing units to be aligned accurately during setup and changeover.
The Automatic Thermoforming Filling and Sealing Machine combines positive-pressure forming with mechanical punching to achieve uniform cavity formation. With a maximum forming depth of 35 mm and a maximum molding area of 240 × 130 × 35 mm, it can accommodate larger products and deeper package designs within the specified range.
The machine can be configured with different feeding systems according to the characteristics of the product being packaged. This makes it suitable for applications involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, food products and other small products requiring formed packaging.
The mechanical pulling mechanism uses a dual-swing-rod design with an adjustable pulling stroke of up to 180 mm, providing greater flexibility when packaging products with different dimensions.
Forming, sealing and other molds are secured through screw-positioning structures, helping improve positioning accuracy while making mold replacement and adjustment more convenient.
The main transmission system uses a parallel-axis helical gear reducer to provide stable mechanical power transmission during continuous operation.
Optional configurations include:
● Cursor tracking and alignment system
● Sealing device
● Plexiglass protective cover
● Inkjet coding system
The machine body can also be customized according to workshop access and installation requirements.
Our packaging solutions are widely used across the following sectors:
1.Cosmetics: Moisturizers, mud masks, hair masks, two-tone egg-shaped masks, freeze-dried masks, shampoos, lipsticks, perfumes, serums, gels, and freeze-dried powders.
2.Medical Devices: Medical sponges, syringes, dental burs, dental needles, tweezers, surgical needles, and tattoo needles.
3.Pharmaceuticals: Pills, tablets, capsules, and powders.
4.Food & Beverages: Chrysanthemum teas, floral teas, mouthwashes, chili sauces, tea leaves, honey, ginger syrups, and tomato sauces.
Different products require different cavity shapes, filling methods and sealing configurations. KEDE can configure the DPP-260 according to the actual packaging requirements rather than using one fixed setup for every application.
When evaluating a new packaging project, the main factors include:
Product characteristics — liquid, semi-solid, powder, granules or solid products.
Package dimensions — cavity length, width, depth and overall package layout.
Thermoforming material — PVC, PET, PP or another compatible sheet.
Filling volume — determines the appropriate filling and dosing configuration.
Production target — influences cavity layout, machine speed and downstream automation.
Coding requirements — optional date, batch and product identification systems can be integrated.
Mold configuration — customized molds can be developed according to the required package shape and dimensions.
For complex products, buyers can provide product samples, drawings, package dimensions or filling requirements so KEDE can evaluate the suitable machine configuration and tooling.
