How the Machine Works

The Automatic Multipurpose Flow Wrapping Machine uses a continuous roll of packaging film to form a three-side sealed pillow bag around the product.

1. Film Feeding

The packaging film is installed on the film holder. Operators set the bag length, sealing temperature and running speed through the touchscreen.

2. Product Feeding

The conveyor moves products into the forming section at a controlled speed.

3. Film Forming & Longitudinal Sealing

The film wraps around the product and forms a tube. The overlapping edge is heat-sealed to create the back seal.

4. Transverse Sealing & Cutting

The cross-sealing unit seals both ends of the package and cuts the film into individual packs.

5. Product Discharge

The finished packages are transferred to the discharge conveyor for collection or the next production stage.

For printed film, a photoelectric tracking system can be used to align the packaging position with the printed mark.

For printed packaging film, the photoelectric tracking function helps maintain the correct position between the product and printed pattern.

Automatic Film Cutting

The cross-sealing knife completes sealing and cutting in one operation, separating finished packages from the continuous film.

Touchscreen Operation

Operators can adjust key parameters such as bag length, sealing temperature and running speed from the control interface.

Packaging Film Options
