Integrated Wet Wipes Processing & Packaging

The Automatic Nonwoven Wet Wipes Packaging Machine combines the main production stages in one machine:

Fabric unwinding → Folding → Liquid dosing → Cutting → Counting & stacking → Film forming → Sealing → Coding → Discharge

The integrated design reduces manual transfer between wet wipe processing and packaging. Production parameters can be adjusted through the PLC touchscreen according to different wipe sizes, folding methods and pack quantities.

Precise Liquid Dosing

A servo metering pump and flow sensor control the liquid application. The specified dosing accuracy is up to ±1%, helping maintain consistent moisture from pack to pack.

The system can be adapted to different wet wipe liquids, including disinfectant solutions, alcohol-based formulations, baby moisturizing liquids and cleansing solutions. Liquid characteristics should be confirmed before machine configuration.

Flexible Folding and Cutting

The fabric feeding system uses tension control to reduce wrinkles and material deformation during continuous operation.

The machine supports different folding arrangements, including Z-fold, C-fold and W-fold, with vertical folding up to 10 folds and horizontal folding up to 4 folds.

A servo-driven rotary knife provides fixed-length cutting, with a specified cutting error of ≤±0.5 mm.

Automatic Counting and Stacking

After cutting, photoelectric counting and automatic stacking control the number of wipes in each pack.

The system supports approximately 5–120 wipes per package, depending on wipe size and production configuration.

Three-Side or Four-Side Sealing

The packaging unit supports three-side and four-side sealing for different wet wipe pouch designs.
