The main difference of our Automatic Top Film Feed Flow Packing Machine is its top film feeding structure. The film roll is installed above the feeding conveyor and guided downward around the product during packaging.
This arrangement works particularly well for blister cards, where the product can be conveyed horizontally in a controlled position before being wrapped with an outer film. It can also be used for biscuits, confectionery, soap and other solid products with relatively regular shapes.
The complete packaging cycle is handled automatically:
Product Feeding → Top Film Feeding → Film Forming → Longitudinal Sealing → End Sealing & Cutting → Finished Pack Output
The operator mainly needs to load products and packaging film, then set the required packaging parameters through the control panel.
For pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturers, the machine can be placed after a blister packaging machine to add an outer protective bag around finished blister cards.
The blister card is transferred directly to the flow wrapping section, where the upper film forms around it before the longitudinal seam and end seals are completed.
This gives the blister card an additional layer of protection during handling, storage and transportation. It also allows manufacturers to combine primary blister packaging and secondary flow wrapping into a more continuous production process.
For higher-output lines, the feeding conveyor and transfer section can be configured according to the output and dimensions of the upstream blister machine.
