Not every product is suitable for rigid folding or fixed-size film wrapping.
A group of medicine boxes, several beverage containers, a cosmetic care set or an irregular-shaped product may need to be held together as one package. In these cases, shrink film can follow the outside profile and tighten around the products after heating.

The Automatic shrinking packing machine supports PE, POF and PVC shrink films, but these materials are not intended for exactly the same packaging purpose.
POF is a practical option when transparency and appearance are important, making it suitable for many consumer, food and pharmaceutical-related packages.
PE provides a tougher outer wrap and can be considered for heavier products or packages that need stronger bundling during handling and transportation.
PVC can be used for suitable general consumer products and small-item packaging.
Film thickness and heating conditions should be selected according to the product, package size and production speed rather than using one fixed setting for every application.
PE shrink machine power is generally relatively large in 20-40KW or so, the set temperature is also relatively high, generally around 180°-220°, according to the thickness of the material, the speed of the delivery of the product, the size of the air volume, the temperature setting is also different, the product is not high temperature can use low temperature, using thin shrink film. If the shrink film is thick, the temperature needs to be increased, and the power of the shrink machine needs to be selected. The temperature increases correspondingly with the speed of the conveying product, and conversely, the temperature decreases correspondingly with the increase of the air volume, and conversely, the temperature increases. POF, PVC shrink machine power is generally 5-20KW, the temperature is generally set at about 140-160 ° adjustment and PE shrink machine is basically the same.
