The Full Auto Stretch Film Vacuum Packing Machine combines film forming and vacuum packaging in one continuous process.
The lower film is heated and formed against a mold to create the product cavity. After loading, the upper film is fed over the cavity and aligned before the vacuum and sealing cycle. The finished pack is then cut from the web, while the edge film can be collected for recycling.
The process is:
Lower film forming → Product loading → Upper film feeding → Vacuum / gas flushing → Heat sealing → Cutting → Discharge
Because the package is formed directly from roll film, there is no need to prepare individual bags before production.
The lower film passes through a heating section before entering the forming station. A replaceable mold creates the cavity according to the product shape.
Different mold designs can be used for shallow or deeper products, including regular and irregular cavity shapes.

After product loading, the formed cavity is closed with the upper film.
The vacuum system removes air from the package before heat sealing. For products where a modified atmosphere is preferred, nitrogen or a nitrogen/carbon dioxide mixture can be introduced before sealing.
The sealing section uses independently controlled heating zones to match different film structures and sealing requirements. Suitable film combinations should be confirmed according to the actual product and process.
For products containing liquid, an appropriate filtration or liquid-protection configuration should be considered to reduce the risk of liquid entering the vacuum system.
The Full Auto Stretch Film Vacuum Packing Machine is particularly suitable for food packaging where the product needs to remain visible after packaging.
Typical applications include meat products, bacon, ham, preserved foods, eggs, seafood, tofu products, corn, snacks and other chilled or prepared foods.
The transparent upper film can show the product directly on the retail shelf, while printed films can be used when stronger branding or package graphics are required.
The machine can also be used for selected medical supplies, hardware components and agricultural products when vacuum or moisture-resistant packaging is required.
For products that are highly sensitive to light and require aluminum film on both sides, a double-sided aluminum film thermoforming configuration is more appropriate.
The Full Auto Stretch Film Vacuum Packing Machine separates the functions of the bottom and upper films, so the two films do not necessarily need to use the same structure.
The bottom film needs to meet the forming requirements of the cavity, including heating, stretching and product depth.
The upper film can be selected according to sealing, appearance and barrier requirements. Transparent printed film is suitable when product visibility is important; metallized or aluminum-based film can be considered when higher light or barrier protection is required.
Film compatibility should always be confirmed through sample testing before final machine configuration.
Film feeding, forming, vacuuming, sealing and cutting are coordinated through the machine's control system. The PLC touchscreen allows operators to adjust key parameters such as film feeding, vacuum time and sealing temperature.
Photoelectric alignment helps maintain the position of printed upper film during production.
The finished packs are separated automatically after sealing, and edge material can be collected by the waste-film winding system.

The Machine uses single-sided stretch forming. The lower film is heated and formed into the product cavity, while the upper film remains flat.
KDZ uses a formed lower film with a separate upper cover film. The LSM series forms both upper and lower aluminum composite films. KDZ therefore offers greater flexibility in upper-film selection and is well suited to products requiring visible packaging.
