The High speed capsule blister packing and cartoning machine pairs the DPH-380H full servo blister machine with the KDZ-300 high-speed cartoner. After the blister packs are formed, sealed and punched, they are transferred to the cartoning section for leaflet handling, carton opening, product insertion and carton closing. The product feeding section is configured according to the blister dimensions and production requirements, allowing the complete line to support different pharmaceutical packaging formats.
The line creates a continuous packaging flow from blister production to finished cartons:
Blister forming → Heat sealing → Printing / punching → Blister discharge → Product feeding → Carton opening → Leaflet insertion → Product loading → Carton closing → Finished carton discharge
The blister section prepares finished packs before transferring them to the cartoner. The feeding and transfer sections are configured around the actual blister dimensions and output requirements, helping reduce manual handling and maintain a stable connection between the two machines.
For pharmaceutical manufacturers, this configuration is suitable for continuous production where blister packaging and cartoning need to operate as one coordinated process.
The DPH-380H forms, seals and punches pharmaceutical blister packs before they enter the cartoning section. It uses eight independent Panasonic servo motors with touchscreen-based motion control, allowing individual production stations to be adjusted through the control system.
The machine supports PVC-ALU and ALU-ALU blister packaging with the corresponding tooling configuration.

The forming, traction, heat-sealing, printing and punching sections use independent servo control. Production parameters can be adjusted through the HMI instead of relying entirely on mechanical cam adjustments.
For pharmaceutical manufacturers handling multiple blister formats, stored parameters can simplify repeat production and help maintain consistent machine settings between format changes.
The KDZ-300 receives finished blister packs and automatically loads them into folding cartons. The cartoner operates at 200–280 boxes/min, while the product feeding system is configured according to the actual blister dimensions and loading arrangement.

The standard KDZ-300 is supplied without a universal product feeder. The feeding section is designed according to the blister size, shape, orientation and required loading quantity.
A High speed capsule blister packing and cartoning machine must work at compatible speeds and maintain reliable product transfer. Simply placing two standalone machines together does not guarantee stable production.
The KEDE configuration considers the connection between the two machines during the engineering stage.
Finished blister packs move directly toward the cartoning section, reducing manual collection and reloading.
The cartoner feeder is designed around the actual blister dimensions and discharge orientation.
The blister machine and cartoner are configured according to the required production capacity instead of being treated as unrelated machines.
Mechanical interfaces, product feeding and line connection can be handled by the same engineering team.
The complete line can be tested using actual customer products and packaging materials before shipment.
For capsule blister packaging, the line can be equipped with the FY-380 high-speed track feeder.
The feeder is designed for capsule products requiring controlled feeding and positioning before blister formation. A vibrating track guides capsules toward the forming section while maintaining a controlled feed rate.
