We design different feeders for different stationery products, an accurate counting system, and customize the appropriate push rods to ensure that the items maintain the correct direction during the transportation process, avoiding blockages caused by product misalignment.
Stationery boxes often use lighter board (250–300g/m²) for retail appeal, but some export cartons go up to 450g/m² for durability. Our feeder system has a variable friction clutch—you dial in the pressure based on your board weight. Too much pressure and it feeds double; too little and it misses. We set this during installation, but it's easy to tweak later.
If you include instruction sheets, promo cards, or warranty info, both the KDZ-130 and KDZ-80can handle unfolded sizes from (80–300)mm × (70–210)mm, folded down to (70–210)mm × (20–40)mm. The folding roller gap is adjustable—critical for different paper weights (50–70g/m² is standard). We've seen cheaper machines tear thin paper or jam on folded stacks; ours has an independent tension control to avoid that.
Photoelectric sensors check each box after insertion. If the product isn't there, or the flap didn't close properly, the machine kicks it out on a separate chute. No manual spot-checking needed. On the KDZ-130, this runs at 80 boxes/min and still catches >99.5% of defects—we've tested it with actual production batches.
