The Automatic Cutlery Cartoning Machine runs fully automatic once it's set up: it erects blanks from the magazine, the operator loads the cutlery components onto the infeed, then the unit pushes the bundle into the carton, folds the flaps, and — if you opt for the glue system — applies hot melt seal before ejecting the finished pack. If you're running lock-style cartons, you can run without glue.
Construction is stainless steel cladding over a reinforced, vibration-damped frame. We've had these running 10-hour shifts in active food plants without hygiene issues or mechanical drift.

Food service cutlery: Primary application. Handles metal/plastic utensils with napkins and condiment sachets in one cycle.
Packaged snacks: Works with wrapped biscuits, wafer bars, and portioned condiments — provided the product maintains shape under lateral push.
Pharmaceuticals & cosmetics: Not recommended. Our continuous-motion line (KDZ series) supports leaflet insertion, embossing, and tamper-evident sealing. The KDZ lacks these features by design.
General hardware / household goods: Feasible for flat-packed items like paper rolls, small tool sets, or plastic kitchenware — but we require sample testing to confirm carton stiffness compatibility.
We take packaging and shipping seriously because a damaged machine on arrival is a bad start for any relationship.
