It was independently developed by the KEDE Machinery Technology team. Unlike continuous cartoners , this equipment adopts an intermittent rotating box-holding structure, and completes the processes of box suction, product feeding, box folding, sealing, and product output in segmented steps.
All the manufacturing processes of the machine are completed independently by our factory. It is specially designed for small-sized box packaging. It can automatically complete the functions of box opening, manual/automatic feeding, instruction book insertion, box sealing, and counting. It can be paired with upstream filling machines, blister packaging machines, downstream case-filling machines, stackers, and form a fully automatic packaging production line.
Equipped with rotary disk box sucker structure, the vacuum suction cup grabs cartons evenly without deformation, greatly improving box opening stability and operating speed up to 60 boxes per minute. Compared with linear suction box structures,
this cartoning machine reduces carton jamming failure rate by over 40%.

Complete full safety cover, dual emergency stop switches, automatic material missing detection function: alarm and pause when cartons/products are insufficient, eliminate empty box waste.
Customized pushing mold according to customers’ actual product size, compatible with various small goods packaging.
Optional two-sprayer hot melt glue system for fully sealed carton packaging; machine size, carton processing range can be adjusted for special box sizes. It supports matching blister machines, filling machines, pillow packaging machines to build integrated automatic packaging lines.
