The Automatic Medicine bottle cartoning machine is a high-speed automatic cartoning machine developed for pharmaceutical bottles and other packaged products that may shift or roll during conveying. Round bottles can easily change position on a conventional conveyor, while square and irregular bottles may enter the cartoning section with inconsistent orientation. The KDZ-300 uses servo-controlled indexing and adjustable separation to guide products into a stable feeding position before they are pushed into cartons.
The machine combines product feeding, carton feeding, carton forming, bottle insertion, leaflet handling, flap folding and carton closing within one continuous process. It can also connect with existing capping, labeling and checkweighing equipment, allowing the cartoner to become part of an integrated pharmaceutical packaging line.
Bottle handling is one of the key considerations when automating pharmaceutical cartoning. Round containers can roll during transfer, while irregular bottles may rotate or move away from their intended position.
The Automatic Medicine bottle cartoning machine uses a servo-driven indexing system with adjustable bottle separators to regulate product spacing and guide bottles toward the cartoning section.
